Based on this information, Karin and Karsten identify the three plant-based ingredients best suited for you. The selection is precise and tailored.
Step 3 — Your Plan
Within three business days, you receive your personal 8-week plan containing the three items selected for you.
Step 4 — Daily Routine
Each day, you take 1 teaspoon of each item. This is a supplement to your normal diet — not a replacement.
Step 5 — Flexibility
Fresh, frozen, dried, or canned — use the form that fits your lifestyle.
If you miss a day or two, simply add them to the end.
Duration and Effect
The full program runs for 8 weeks. Most people start noticing changes earlier, and the benefits typically last several years.
