Q. How long until I see results?
A. It took a long time for imbalances and toxicity to build up in your body, and it's not going to diminish overnight. And since everyone's situation is different, some blockages might be removed within weeks, while others might take a few months. A two-month window allows enough time to remove these imbalances, while also giving your body a chance to slowly acclimate to the nutritional benefits of the diet plan and heal itself - just as nature intended.
Q. Is the program time-consuming?
A. The plan itself is simple: eat 1 tsp of your 3 recommended items in your plan, daily for two months. However, there are a multitude of ways that you can complete this program, ranging from adding ingredients into full meals to taking your teaspoons as if they were medicine, 1 teaspoonful at a time. The method is up to you. Meals or portions can be prepared in advance or can be managed day by day. It's whatever works best for your lifestyle and schedule.
Q. How Can I be Sure It's working?
A. Most clients feel a difference within a matter of weeks; however, every situation is different. The real measure of the plan's success is whether or not a problem has resolved itself within two months' time. Again, this is not a quick fix, but a slow, natural, and safe way to heal through food. Give the plan a chance to work, and you may just be surprised to discover how quickly results can be seen.
Q. What happens if I miss a day?
A. Life can be crazy, and sometimes circumstances arise where we simply can't manage our diets properly. So if you miss a day, don't panic. Just eat those items the next day, in the same amounts, and add the days you missed to the end of the two-month period. The trick is consistency, so as long as you stay committed to the cause, the plan will work.
Q. does my food need to be all organic?
A. Not at all, and that's the beauty of Bies Diet. You can use whatever quality of produce you prefer, or whatever fits your budget specifically. Organic or not. Fresh, frozen, freeze-dried, or canned. Conventional or pasture-raised: the choice is up to you.
Q Can I give Dies Diet as a gift?
A. How thoughtful of you! Of course, you can. But you may want to drop a few hints to make sure this person really wants to try it (for your wallet's sake). If you get the green light, all you need to send us is their name, birthday, a recent photo, any dietary restrictions, and their email address so we can deliver the plan. And please mention what ailment(s) the lucky receiver would like to heal. In fact, having a friend complete the diet with you can be a fun way to challenge yourselves and stay committed to each other's help. Good luck!
Q. For how long does my personal Bies diet plan work?
A. From the time you have completed your personal Bies Diet Plan the duration of the plan is approximately 3 years. If after 3 years you feel like buying a new diet plan, please reach out to us.
Q. WHAT SIZE TEASPOON SHOULD I USE?
A. Any size is fine. We suggest that you choose one that suits you well. If you find it difficult to fit a specific produce or fruit into the teaspoon, just chop or break the item into smaller pieces and fill the teaspoon. That will do.
Q. WHAT TIME DURING THE DAY SHOULD I EAT THE ITEMS IN MY DIET PLAN?
A. Any time during the day is fine. We recommend that you eat all items together. That makes it easier to remember every item.
Q. WHY DO YOU NEED A RECENT PHOTO OF ME?
A. In order not to confuse you with somebody with the same name and birth date.
Q. ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH USING BIES DIET?
A. No, there are no side effects.
Q. WHAT DO I DO IF THERE’S AN ITEM IN MY DIET PLAN THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE?
A. Almost all of the different items and products used by Bies Diet can be purchased fresh, frozen, freeze-dried, dried or canned.
Most items are accessible online, if not in a nearby supermarket.
If you still can’t find a particular item in your diet plan, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution.
Q. DOES IT HELP INCREASE THE POWER OF THE DIET PLAN IF I EAT MORE THAN 1 TEASPOONFUL OF EACH ITEM?
A. No, the power and the time it will take for the diet plan to work is the same, whether you eat 1 or more teaspoons of each item.
You should stick to your diet plan for two months.
